Glass lifting robot

Glass lifting robot for indoor and construction site installation

WOLIFT glass lifting robots are compact battery powered vacuum handling machines for glass installation, indoor panel handling and construction site movement. The WO-BLC series combines electric travel, vacuum suction, 90° electric tilt, 360° manual rotation and manual side tilt to help operators move, lift and position glass panels and other smooth flat materials.
WOLIFT glass lifting robot for glass panel installation

Glass panels

Designed for moving and positioning glass panels during indoor glazing, facade work and site installation.
Glass lifting robot for ceramic slab handling

Ceramic slabs

Suitable for large-format ceramic slab handling after surface condition, size and weight are confirmed.
Vacuum glass lifting robot for stone slab handling

Stone slabs

Can be used for natural stone and artificial stone slabs with smooth, non-porous surfaces.
Glass lifting robot for solar panel and sheet metal handling

Solar panels and sheet metal

Also supports photovoltaic modules and smooth sheet metal panels where compact mobile handling is required.
Selection note: This machine is mainly designed for glass installation and smooth flat material handling. Material surface, panel weight, panel size, working height, access width and indoor route should be confirmed before model selection.
Electric travel

Battery powered travel for four-direction movement

The WO-BLC series uses a DC48V battery power system with electric travel. Operators can move the machine forward, backward, left and right, making it suitable for glass installation areas where panels need to be transported from storage to the final installation position.
600-1200 kg Model range for glass panels, large slabs and smooth flat materials.
DC48V Battery powered travel and vacuum system with pump and battery included.
4 directions Electric movement supports forward, backward, left and right travel.
Rubber tires Rubber tires help the machine move on construction sites and indoor floors.
Applications

Compact glass installation equipment for indoor and site work

This glass lifting robot is suitable for projects where glass or panels must be moved through limited access areas and positioned accurately during installation.

Suction frame movement

90° electric tilt, 360° manual rotation and side tilt

The suction frame is designed for precise final positioning. It can make 90° electric tilt for vertical and horizontal glass positioning, 360° manual rotation for direction adjustment, and 90° manual side tilt to the left or right for angled installation requirements.
90° electric tilt Helps move panels between horizontal handling and vertical installation positions.
360° rotation Manual rotation allows operators to adjust panel direction during installation.
Side tilt 90° manual side tilt supports left and right angle adjustment.
Fine positioning Useful when aligning glass panels, slabs or modules with frames and openings.
Compact access

Detachable modules for indoor rooms and elevator access

Many glass installation projects require equipment to enter indoor areas, narrow passages and elevators. The WO-BLC series has a compact body, removable anti-tip support wheels, detachable boom and detachable suction frame, helping the machine move into interior installation spaces more easily.
Compact body Small machine size helps with indoor access and tight construction spaces.
Detachable boom The boom can be removed when the access route is narrow.
Detachable frame The suction cup frame can be removed for elevator and doorway access.
Support wheels Removable anti-tip support wheels improve stability during lifting and travel.
Safety and stability

Vacuum pump, battery system and stable site movement

The battery powered vacuum system includes the vacuum pump and battery. Combined with vacuum pressure monitoring, rubber tire movement and support wheels, the machine helps operators handle heavy glass and slabs with better control during transport and installation.
Vacuum pump Integrated pump provides suction for glass and smooth flat material handling.
Battery included Battery powered design supports mobile use without external power during operation.
Pressure monitoring Vacuum pressure should be checked during lifting and positioning work.
Site movement Rubber tires support movement on construction sites and finished indoor floors.
