The roof panel model and wall panel model share the same installation logic, but their flipping direction and working angle are different. WOLIFT can recommend the correct type according to whether the customer mainly installs roof panels, wall panels or both.

Extension beams and distributed suction pads for long panels

Long roof and wall panels need stable support during crane lifting. The WO-WDB series uses extension beams and multiple suction pads distributed along the panel length, helping reduce panel bending, improve balance and make positioning easier during installation.
Long panels Model options support panel lengths from 12000 mm to 26000 mm.
Extension beams Extension beam quantity can be selected according to panel length.
Distributed pads Suction pads are arranged along the panel to improve lifting stability.

How to choose the right panel vacuum lifter

If the project mainly installs long roof panels on low-slope roofing, the roof panel type is usually the better choice. If the project needs vertical wall panel installation or both wall and roof panel handling, the wall panel type with 0-90° tilting is more flexible.
Roof only Choose roof panel type for long roof sheets and 0-25° roof installation.
Wall panels Choose wall panel type when panels need vertical positioning on facades.
